We offer a feasibility service to assist you in understanding the processes, time-frames and anticipated costs before committing to a full service. We understand that for most people, this will be the first time that they have engaged an architect and this can be a useful way to explore your ambitions and decide if we are the right fit for you.
This also includes advice on the renovation potential of a property prior to purchase, and help with coordinating expert surveys to understand any potential structural and damp issues.
Permissions only
Perhaps you already have your own team of builders or a recommendation from a friend, we can assist in designing, securing planning permission and building warrant for your project and hand the rest over to you.
Full project service
We provide a full design service following the industry-standard Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of Work. During this service, we are involved from inception to completion, ensuring that the outcome matches up to the initial vision.
The RIBA Plan of Work is a framework for all parties involved and allows us to chart progress and expectations during specific sections of the project. Below you can see how these stages break down across the life of the project.
